- Email support Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 Central, with next-business-day acknowledgment and best-effort resolution
- Support time covers investigation, managed-scope configuration changes, and coaching, rounded to 15 minutes
- Time beyond two hours requires prior written approval and a separate quote
- Unconsumed support time does not accumulate unless a later written agreement says otherwise
- Material new implementation is separately scoped
This is not 24/7 monitoring or cybersecurity incident response. Billing begins only at owner-confirmed go-live against the written acceptance checklist.
